Accessing the Website and its Services

When registering for Website services, licences are solely assigned to registered users, any sub-licencing is prohibited. BrightLocal reserves the right to terminate all access upon termination of licencing agreements or where any licensee violates terms of use.

Blog users are granted a perpetual royalty-free non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, translate, transmit and distribute content. Users are able to reproduce Blog content in any format or medium, provided content is accurate, the source is acknowledged, content contains BrightLocal’s copyright and content is not used in a misleading or any other manner that may bring BrightLocal or other Blog contributors into dispute. Users must also provide an active, clickable, ‘do follow’ hyperlink to the BrightLocal.com Website. BrightLocal accepts no responsibility whatsoever on Blog content, contributions and all third-party references.

Disclaimer

Website content is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. In no event shall BrightLocal be liable for any loss, damages, costs or other expenses of any kind (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential or special loss or any other loss of profit) arising out of or in connection when using the BrightLocal Website. Products and services referred to on this Website will only be offered publicly in those jurisdictions where it is lawful to do so and the BrightLocal Website is only intended for use in such jurisdictions.

The unauthorised use of any tools and techniques to identify or exploit any security related vulnerabilities and Website configuration errors is strictly prohibited, such activities shall be reported to local law enforcement agencies.
